"David has been cooking for us 3 days a week for close to 3 years months now. His way with vegetables is pretty amazing. After being long time meat lovers -due to health issues- my husband and I stopped eating animal protein (other than fish and eggs). My husband is also gluten-free and we have asked David to cook dairy free as well. These are a lot of restrictions to put on a chef. Yet still he manages to make us tasty and different dishes each time. He pulls recipes out of thin air depending on what’s fresh, in season and available.
